Tony

Tony is the owner and Master Plumber of Pembroke Plumbing™, with over 15 years of hands-on experience in the plumbing industry. Licensed as a Master Plumber in the state of Ohio, Tony takes pride in doing the job right and treating customers like family. When he’s not on the job, you can usually find him rockhounding or spending quality time with his family.

Liz

Liz is the friendly voice you’ll hear when you call Pembroke Plumbing™. She handles scheduling, customer communication, and all the behind the scenes details that keep everything running smoothly. As a family-owned business, Liz works alongside her husband, Tony, to make sure every customer feels taken care of from the first call to the final follow up. In her free time, she enjoys reading, relaxing by the pool, and spending quality time with her family.

Shareef

Shareef is a skilled plumber who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and dependable service on every job. He’s known for his professionalism and attention to detail, and he truly enjoys helping customers feel confident in their plumbing. Outside of work, Shareef loves spending time with his family and training in jiu-jitsu.

Madison

Madison is the Marketing Director for Pembroke Plumbing™, where she manages all social media content and designs the company’s marketing materials. A University of Cincinnati graduate with a degree in marketing, Madison brings creativity and strategy together to help tell the Pembroke Plumbing™ story. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Theodore and Eleanore

Theodore and Eleanore are the heart and inspiration behind Pembroke Plumbing™. These two Pembroke Welsh Corgis bring personality, charm, and a whole lot of joy to everything they do.

Eleanore is full of energy and always ready for a game of fetch. She loves treats, cuddles, and being right in the middle of the action. Theodore, on the other hand, takes a more laid-back approach to life. You won’t catch him chasing a ball, but he’s happiest swimming, soaking up attention, and enjoying his favorite treats.

Together, they perfectly balance playful energy and easygoing calm and their lovable personalities are what inspired both the name and logo of Pembroke Plumbing.
